What to include
- What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead.
- For a product: its barcode (on the product’s page, under the name) and, if you can, a screenshot.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
Please don’t send details about your health or allergies unless they’re needed to answer your question.
Wrong product details
The quickest fix is in the app: Re-scan the labels, or use Report this product at the bottom of the product’s page. See Scanning a product.
Purchases and refunds
Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. See Plans, credits and billing. If credits or Watsin Unlimited don’t show up after a purchase, try Restore Purchases first, then write to us.
Privacy requests
For a copy of your data or any other privacy request, write to contact@watsin.app. We answer within one month. See the Privacy Policy.
